What Happened?

The device’s battery has overheated while charging.

How to Fix It:

1. Unplug the device and allow it to cool down.

2. Ensure the charging environment is within the recommended temperature range of 15-25°C.

3. Avoid charging the device in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
